We apostille Russian documents for use abroad. We submit documents to the authorities ourselves — no need to visit or queue.
An apostille is a special stamp that certifies the authenticity of a document for use in another country. It is placed on the original document or a notarially certified copy and is recognised by all countries that have signed the 1961 Hague Convention — most European countries, the USA, many countries in Asia and Latin America.
Without an apostille, a Russian document — a diploma, birth certificate or criminal record certificate — will have no legal force abroad, even if it has been translated and notarially certified. An apostille is required in addition to the translation, not instead of it.
