We help foreign nationals with documents for living in Russia. Translation, consultation and submission support — all in one place.
Three main service areas — for different stages of the process
From initial consultation to receiving your document
Most foreign nationals who come to us are from CIS countries: Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan and others. Citizens of these countries benefit from a simplified procedure for RVP and VNJ — without quotas and with reduced document requirements. However, notarial translation of all foreign documents remains mandatory in any case.
We also work with nationals of other countries — China, Vietnam, India, Syria and others. For them the document requirements and procedure for obtaining status may differ significantly — which is why we start with a consultation to review the specific situation.
The main difficulty when applying for RVP, VNJ or citizenship is not the process itself, but correct document preparation. Rejection at submission or refusal most commonly occurs due to an incorrectly formatted translation, missing notary certification or a package not meeting current requirements, which change periodically.
We keep track of current MVD and migration authority requirements, and know which translations are accepted by specific offices in Saint Petersburg and Moscow. This allows us to prepare a document package that will be accepted first time — without unnecessary trips and wasted time.
Most rejections can be avoided — if you know the requirements in advance
Approximate review times — after full package submission
Family from Uzbekistan — We prepared a full document package for RVP for three family members, including notarial translation of passports, birth certificates and criminal record certificates. Documents accepted first time.
Tajik national — After rejection at another agency due to translation errors, came to us. We repackaged everything and identified application issues. VNJ obtained within 4 months.
Armenian national — we assisted with obtaining Russian citizenship under the native speaker programme. Prepared documents, accompanied to the interview, reviewed the application. Citizenship obtained.
