When You Need a Written Translation

Written translation is needed in many different situations — from business document flow with foreign partners to preparing technical documentation for equipment supplied from abroad. Unlike notarial translation, certification is not required here — but no less accuracy is needed, especially for contracts and legal documents where a wording error can change the meaning of an obligation.

For companies working with foreign suppliers or clients, translation of technical documentation is especially important — operating manuals, specifications, equipment passports. Terminological precision is critical: we engage translators with subject-matter experience in the relevant industry.

A separate area is medical documents: discharge summaries, extracts, test results for treatment abroad or consultation with foreign doctors. Preserving the accuracy of medical terms and diagnosis wording is essential here.

We also translate websites and applications for companies entering foreign markets — here translation is supplemented by adaptation to the cultural nuances of the target audience. For CVs, reference letters and business correspondence we select a translator with experience specifically in that genre — the style of business writing differs from technical translation.

We provide written translation for clients in Saint Petersburg and Moscow. Offices near Petrogradskaya and Belorusskaya metro — or send documents remotely from anywhere in Russia.

Frequently Asked Questions

Price is calculated per translation page — 1,800 characters with spaces in the finished translation. Base price by turnaround: from 500 ₽ for standard 1–2 business days, 650 ₽ for same-day, 750 ₽ for urgent 1.5-hour service. Rare and eastern languages carry a higher coefficient. We provide an exact quote after reviewing your document — free of charge.
Yes, for urgent orders we bring in multiple translators working in parallel or prioritise the work. The urgency surcharge is typically 30–50% of the standard price. Check available timelines with our manager when placing your order.
For specialised texts we select translators with subject-matter experience — technical, medical or legal. This is essential for terminological accuracy: an error in a technical term can distort a manual, and in a medical report it can affect diagnosis interpretation.
We send the finished translation in the same format as the original — Word, PDF, Excel or other if layout needs preserving. For websites and apps we can provide translation in a format convenient for code integration.
It depends on the purpose. For business documents, technical texts and personal correspondence, certification is usually not needed. If the translation is for submission to government authorities or consulates — notary certification is required, which we also provide.
